GENERAL DISPATCH TIMES
We aim to post your order within three days or less of receiving your full payment for items that are marked "ready to wear". This will however differ on items that are marked "made to order" which requires a lead time of three weeks.
If you require your order quickly then please contact us before placing your order and we will try to accommodate whenever possible.
If your order is held up for reasons out of our control (e.g- severe weather conditions/ outbreak of the bubonic plague) we will contact you immediately to inform you.
SIGNATURES ON DELIVERY
All orders (U.K and international) are currently posted via Royal Mail signed for and will require a signature on delivery. Once an item has been signed for we consider it to be in your possession and we will be unable to accept a claim of no delivery.
Please also allow enough time for your order to arrive when placing your order. The Libertarian Millinery is based in the U.K and estimated delivery timings can be given on request. We will send you a postage/ shipping code once your order has been dispatched. You may also find the Royal Mail website useful to gage shipping times.
MISSING PARCELS IN POST
We will keep proof of postage for all orders posted and appropriate postal insurance. Orders don't usually go missing in the post but on the rare occasions that they do we will do everything in our power to locate the order and rectify the situation. More often than not, missing parcels are just parcels that have not arrived at their destination within the estimated time as they have been sent via the wrong continent (at the fault of the postal service). In such rare instances it can take over a month for delivery.
HOLIDAYS/ VACATIONS EFFECT ON DELIVERY
From time to time The Libertarian may operate in "Vacation mode". During this time it will be possible to place orders but they will not be dispatched until the end of the vacation period. This will be marked clearly on our blog.

If you are local to the North East, you are welcome to collect your order in person or arrange a consultation at The Libertarian Studio (located in Middlesbrough) to try on a selection of designs. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time.
We will happily ship to anywhere in the world. If your postage is not stated then please Contact Us for a quote.
Once your hat hire booking has been confirmed and full payment with deposit has cleared, your hired hat will be dispatched the day before your event via Royal Mail next day delivery (this will also require a signature on delivery). You will need to return the hat the day after your event using the enclosed Royal Mail next day delivery postage. Once the hat has arrived back in good condition, your deposit will be refunded.

WHOLESALE AND BULK ORDERS
If you intend to place a bulk or wholesale order, we will happily calculate a specific postage cost for you. Please Contact us to discuss this further.
